Welcome to Sweden Rugby League (SRL)

 

Appologies for the absence of SRL in cyberspace. You should find that this basic website contains the same information as before but with some modifications.

The reason for using English is to make the website more internationally accessible. Some details will appear in Swedish soon.

 

The aim of SRL is to establish the sport of rugby league in Sweden and to help with the development of the sport within Scandinavia. Rugby league is fast, physical and has much on offer for players and spectators respectively. It is a growing sport in Europe and it would be great to introduce the game here. Many countries have successfully introduced the game including our neighbours Norway and Denmark, and I believe it could be a success here in Sweden too.

 

It doesn't matter if you're an experienced rugby player or new to the sport. All are welcome to join in
